REDI Regional Eligibility

1. Do you have a full-time, permanent job offer from an Ontario employer in a REDI pilot community?



3. Is the job physically located in the REDI community selected above?

5. Does the job offer meet the required NOC/TEER level for the selected OINP stream?



6. Does the wage meet or exceed the required median or low wage level for the occupation and region?



7. Is the position necessary to the employer’s business operations?


Applicant Eligibility

8. Is the applicant qualified for the job through work experience, education, licence, or authorization?



9. If the occupation is regulated in Ontario, does the applicant have or qualify for the required licence/authorization?



10. Does the applicant currently have valid legal status in Canada, if applying from inside Canada?



11. Does the applicant intend to live and work in the REDI community or elsewhere in Ontario?

12. Is the employer actively operating in Ontario and able to support an OINP Employer Form?



13. Does the employer meet the minimum revenue and employee requirements for the stream?



14. Is the employer prepared to submit documents within the OINP deadline after invitation?
