gold-subtle-userWork Permit Client Details

Lawseph Ontario Immigration Consultants have a married couple from Vaughan Ontario as a client who require an LMIA Work Permit Extension for the University and Canadian College graduate husband and an Open Work Permit (OWP) for the University Graduate wife. The clients reached out to Lawseph at downtown Richmond St. W. Toronto. These clients have ongoing Express Entry (EE) and OINP Applications in progress tied to high skills in Computer Tech, Information Tech, and Management and Leadership that Ontario needs in 2026.

green-star-check We gave peace of mind and reduced immigration application risk to these clients in several important ways.

Diamond bullet-pointImmigration Document Gathering and Collection

We gathered documents and application form data from several data sources. For example, some documents were in a ZIP folder attached as an email and sent to lawseph@rogers.com from the clients personal email accounts. Some form data we required to process the application was submitted from Lawseph Business Website at lawsephandassociates.com web forms. Other form data is collected through various email communications saved to our Officio CRM.

Diamond bullet-point Immigration Document Quality Control

We ensure documents are clear quality, scanned correctly, un-modified, correct file size, and complete. We get the application package for OWP and WP EXT and verify with the Official Instruction Guide from IRCC to ensure all forms and checklists are valid and current.

Diamond bullet-point Immigration Document Assistance, Modification, and Enhancements

We assisted the clients in how to get some of the required documents that must be applied for on behalf of the applicant and created some of them ourselves with Lawseph Photo Studio. We combined some documents with Adobe software because the IRCC Temporary Portal is facilitating the application submission and has single slot previous submission override uploads.

Diamond bullet-point Immigration Document and Form File Labeling

Each document or form file must be labeled to what IRCC expects in their submission policies. For example, a digital photo should be labeled Lastname-Firstname-DigitalPhoto.

Diamond bullet-point Multiple Immigration Application Software Tool Box

We perform many data entry tasks for forms, web searches, and AI Prompts where precision of language can mean a correct form or misrepresentation of information. We built the application in our Officio CRM with a folder and subfolder project organization scheme coupled with email and note taking functionality.

Diamond bullet-point IRCC Immigration Application Portal Configuration

The last step involves building the application in the IRCC temporary portal and choosing the correct application parameters for LMIA Open Work Permit and Open Work Permit. For example, these clients required 1 portal application with two people included and the additional documents selected such as LMIA Proof of Submission, Marriage Documents, and Offer of Employment.
